Description
This IS42S81600E-7TL is a 128Mb synchronous DRAM memory component. It features a high-speed data transfer using a pipeline architecture. All inputs and outputs signals are referenced to the rising edge of the clock input. The memory is organized with a fully synchronous design and includes an internal bank for hiding row access/precharge. It operates at a clock frequency of 200, 166, 143, or 133 MHz and has a power supply of 3.3V. The memory also has a LVTTL interface and supports programmable burst length and burst sequence. Additionally, it includes auto refresh and self refresh capabilities, with 4096 refresh cycles every 64 ms. It has a programmable CAS latency of 2 or 3 clocks and supports various burst read/write operations. The IS42S81600E-7TL is available in industrial temperature.
