Maxwell Technologies’s RPF09039B-06#TB is a radiation-hardened operational amplifier that is designed for use in space missions. It features a total dose tolerance of greater than 100 krad (Si) and operates from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. The RPF09039B-06#TB also has the capability to operate from split power supplies, with a low power supply current drain that is independent of the power supply voltage. It incorporates Maxwell Technologies patented RAD-PAK® packaging technology, which provides radiation shielding for a lifetime in orbit or space mission. This product is available with screening up to Class S.
