Description
The SM8144BV-G-ET is a transformer-less electroluminescent (EL) driver IC designed for driving displays up to 80 cm2 in size. It is a high-efficiency driver with a compact package and features a microcontroller interface pin (ENA) for controlling the ON/OFF function. This IC is available in an 8-pin VSOP package.
