Description
The ISD4002-120SY is a part of the ISD4002 ChipCorder® series, which is a high-quality, 3-volt, single-chip solution for 2- to 4-minute messaging applications in portable products like cellular phones. The device includes an on-chip oscillator, anti-aliasing filter, smoothing filter, AutoMute® feature, audio amplifier and high-density multilevel flash memory array. This CMOS-based device is designed to be used with a microprocessor- or microcontroller-based system and uses Winbond's patented multilevel storage technology. The recorded voice or audio signals are stored onto the memory array in their natural form, providing faithful and high-quality voice reproduction. The device is available in die, PDIP, SOIC, and TSOP packaged types with a lead-free configuration.
