The 4002-120E is part of the ISD4000 ChipCorder® Products, providing high-quality, 3-volt, single-chip record/playback solutions for messaging applications. It is specifically designed for 2- to 16-minute applications, making it ideal for use in cellular phones and other portable products. The ISD4000 series features a CMOS-based design that includes an oscillator, antialiasing filter, smoothing filter, AutoMute® feature, audio amplifier, and high-density, multilevel Flash storage array. It is designed to be used in a microprocessor- or microcontroller-based system, with address and control achieved through a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) or Microwire serial interface for minimal pin count.
