Description
The RF3800 is a model of electronic component designed for wireless infrastructure applications at 450MHz and 850MHz. This high-performance single-stage amplifier, fabricated using a GaAs HBT process, offers high output power and operates over a wide frequency range. It is packaged in a thermally-enhanced AlN package for excellent efficiency and thermal stability. The RF3800 also provides ease of integration with its optimized evaluation board design, allowing for proper 50Ω operation. With various evaluation board configurations available, it can address a broad range of wireless infrastructure applications.
