The S-8261ACIMD-G4IT2U is a lithium-ion / lithium polymer rechargeable battery protection IC for 1-cell pack. It incorporates a high-accuracy voltage detection circuit and delay circuits. The S-8261ACIMD-G4IT2U is suitable for the protection of single-cell lithium-ion / lithium polymer battery packs from overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent.

- Overcurrent 1 detection voltage: 0.05 V to 0.3 V
- Overcurrent 2 detection voltage: 0.5 V (fixed)

- Delay times (overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent 1, overcurrent 2) are generated by an internal circuit
- Three-step overcurrent detection circuit included
