The S-80725SN is an adjustment-free high-precision voltage detector made using the CMOS process. It is part of the S-807 series, which offers fixed internal output voltage with an accuracy of ±2.4%. This series includes two output types: Nch open drain and CMOS output (active “H” and “L”), providing a variety of options for different applications. The S-807 series is known for its low current consumption and high detection voltage accuracy, surpassing the S-805 series. Additionally, the S-80725SN is available in a super miniature SOT-23-5 style package, allowing designers to reduce the overall size of their finished products. The electrical specifications for the S-80725SN are the same as the standard S-807 series, with output forms of Nch open-drain and CMOS active “L”.
