Description
The RP104x Series is a CMOS-based voltage regulator IC with high output voltage accuracy, extremely low supply current, and low ON-resistance. It consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a resistor-net for voltage setting, a current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit. These ICs have ultra low supply current (Typ. 1.0µA), prolonging the battery life. The packages available for these ICs are PLP1010-4, SOT-23-5, and SC-82AB, allowing for high density mounting on boards.
