Description

The ZNBG3113 is a power management specialized integrated circuit designed to meet the bias requirements of GaAs and HEMT FETs commonly used in satellite receiver LNBs, PMR cellular telephones, and other electronic devices. It provides bias for up to three FETs and offers dynamic FET protection. The device is equipped with a regulated negative rail generator that requires only two external capacitors. It also features a polarisation switch for LNBs, 22KHz tone detection for band switching, and programmable tone delay. The ZNBG3113 is compliant with ASTRA control specifications and is available in a QSOP surface mount package.
