Description
The STPAC01F1 is an integrated RF detector designed for power control stage use. It converts RF signals from the coupler into a usable DC signal for the digital stage. This model utilizes two similar diodes, one for signal detection and the other for temperature information used in thermal compensation. A biasing stage effectively eliminates the voltage drop effect of the detection diode.
