Description
The IRFU214BTU is a N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor. It is produced using Fairchild's proprietary, planar, DMOS technology, which minimizes on-state resistance and provides superior switching performance. The transistor is designed to withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode, making it suitable for high efficiency switching DC/DC converters and switch mode power supplies.
