The SM5903BFP-TL is a compression and non-compression type shock-proof memory controller LSI designed for compact disc players. It operates within a 2.4 to 3.6 V supply voltage range and offers 4 levels of compression. The external memory can be selected from 4 options, including 1M, 4M, 4M×2, and 16M.
