Description
The TFDU4101-TT3 is an electronic component that belongs to the IrDA transceiver module family. It is compliant with the IrDA 1.2 standard for serial infrared (SIR) data communication. The component provides a complete front-end solution in a single package by integrating a photo PIN diode, infrared emitter (IRED), and a low-power analog control IC.
