Description
The TFDU6300-TR3 is a low-power infrared transceiver module compliant to the latest IrDA® physical layer standard for fast infrared data communication, supporting IrDA speeds up to 4 Mbit/s (FIR), and carrier-based remote control modes up to 2 MHz. It is a surface mount package with dimensions of 9.7 mm x 4.7 mm x 4 mm. The transceiver module includes a PIN photodiode, an infrared emitter (IRED), and a low-power CMOS control IC, providing a total front-end solution in a single package.
