Description

The NT96431BG is a high-performance digital camera controller designed for VGA to 50M pixel DSC/DV resolutions. It features high image quality, excellent still image capturing and video streaming capabilities, and power-saving functions. The controller is compatible with various high-speed CMOS and CCD image sensors with programmable interface timing. It also provides sophisticated video processing methods and built-in hardware acceleration pipeline for achieving high performance in picture shooting and recording. With flexible mechanisms for auto white balance, auto exposure, and auto-focusing, it optimizes the tradeoff between hardware and software efforts. The controller supports video recording up to full-HD 1080p30 with embedded H.264 video CODEC and HDMI 1.3 Tx for HDTV output.
