Description

Si9145BY is a current mode PWM controller designed specifically for ISDN power supplies. It is packaged in a 14-pin SOIC package and provides all the necessary functions for implementing a single-switch PWM with minimal external components. This controller is equipped with a 200-V depletion mode MOSFET, allowing it to be powered directly from the high input bus without the need for an external start-up circuit. The Start and Stop input voltage thresholds can be programmed within the operating input voltage range using a resistor divider. The Start voltage (+VIN) must be greater than the Stop voltage (+VIN).
