Description
The S-8521F30MC-BPPT2G is a DC DC switching controller belonging to the S-8550 series. It is a CMOS synchronous rectification step-down switching regulator that can achieve high efficiency, large output current, and small external parts. The voltage regulator contains a reference voltage circuit, oscillator, error amplifier, phase compensation circuit, PWM controller, under voltage lockout circuit (UVLO), current limit circuit, and a power MOS FET. It has a high oscillation frequency of 1.2 MHz.
