Description
The DAC161S997RGHT is a high-speed 16-bit dual channel Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) designed for multi-carrier and broadband wireless transmitters. It has selectable x2, x4, and x8 interpolation filters and can operate at sample rates of up to 1 Gsps. The DAC161S997RGHT can be powered by a 3.3V and a 1.8V source and supports a differential scalable output current of up to 34 mA.

- Industrial temperature range -40 °C to +85 °C
