Description
The R3112Q261C-TR-FA is a CMOS-based voltage detector IC from the R3112x Series. It is designed with high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current. This IC can operate at an extremely low voltage and is commonly used for system reset functions. It consists of a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistor network for detector threshold setting, an output driver, a hysteresis circuit, and an output delay circuit. The detector threshold is internally fixed with high accuracy and does not require any adjustment. The R3112Q261C-TR-FA is available in two output types, Nch open drain type and CMOS type.
