Its very low capacitance allows to protect fast signals with no distortion. It is particularlysuited for the protection of graphic video ports.FEATURES

■ PEAK REVERSE VOLTAGE VRRM= 18V PER DIODE.
■ VERY LOW CAPACITANCE PER DIODE: C <5pF.
