Description
This FQPF28N15 is an N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor that is produced using Fairchild's proprietary, planar stripe, DMOS technology. The transistor is designed to minimize on-state resistance, provide superior switching performance, and withstand high energy pulse in the avalanche and commutation mode. It is well suited for low voltage applications such as audio amplifiers, high efficiency switching for DC/DC converters, DC motor control, and uninterrupted power supply.
