Description

The HIP1012ACB is a hot swap dual supply power distribution controller designed to distribute power while providing load fault isolation. It features two external N-Channel MOSFETs driven by a 10µA current source. Capacitors on each gate create a programmable ramp for soft turn-on, allowing control of inrush currents. The controller also includes a charge pump for the 12V supply N-Channel MOSFET switch.
