The REF02P is a precision voltage reference that provides a stable 5V output. It can be adjusted over a ±6% range with minimal effect on temperature stability. The REF02P operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 7V to 40V. It has a low current drain of 1mA and excellent temperature stability due to its improved band gap design. With its low cost, low noise, and low power consumption, the REF02P is an excellent choice for applications requiring a stable voltage reference.
