The CS51031GDR8 is a DC DC switching controller used in buck topology with minimum external components. It is designed for use in DC-DC converters and consists of a VCC monitor for device control, a 1.0 A power driver for gate control, a fixed frequency oscillator, short circuit protection timer, programmable soft start, precision reference, fast output voltage monitoring comparator, and output stage driver logic with latch.
