Description
The RF2903 is a monolithic integrated circuit designed for use as a low-cost FM transceiver in the North American and European ISM bands. It comes in a 7mmx7mm, 48-lead plastic LQFP package and provides a fully functional FM transceiver. The chip includes an integrated VCO, dual modulus/dual divide prescaler, and reference oscillator, requiring only an external crystal to complete the phase-locked oscillator.
