Description
The IDT7164L100DB is a 65,536-bit high-speed static RAM organized as 8K x 8. It is fabricated using IDT’s high-performance, high-reliability CMOS technology. The circuit offers a reduced power standby mode and can automatically go to a low-power standby mode when CS1 goes HIGH or CS2 goes LOW. It also has a battery backup data retention capability at power supply levels as low as 2V. The IDT7164L100DB is fully static asynchronous circuitry and operates from a single 5V supply, making it ideal for system designs. It is available in a 28-pin 300 mil DIP and SOJ, as well as a 28-pin 600 mil CERDIP. The military-grade version is compliant with MIL-STD-883, Class B, making it suitable for military temperature applications requiring high performance and reliability.
