Description
The MAX6125/MAX6141/MAX6145/MAX6150/MAX6160 is a series of low-dropout, micropower, three-terminal voltage references. They offer different output voltages, including 2.5V, 4.096V, 4.5V, 5.0V, and adjustable (1.23V to 12.4V). With a low, 200mV dropout voltage, these voltage references are ideal for 3V and 5V systems. Unlike two-terminal references, the MAX61xx family's supply current is independent of input voltage variations, resulting in longer battery life.
