Description

The PCD3310T is a single-chip silicon gate CMOS integrated circuit designed for dual-standard dialling, supporting both pulse and dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) dialling. It features on-chip oscillators suitable for use with 3.58 MHz crystals.
