The SI7116DN-T1-GE3 7116 is a field effect tube (MOSFET) electronic component model. It is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with an integrated high side internal power MOSFET and a gate driver for a low side external power MOSFET. It has an input voltage range of 4.5V to 24V and can deliver up to 6A output current from the input supply.
