Description
The 6N139-000E is a transistor output optocoupler that uses a light-emitting diode and an integrated high-gain photodetector to offer an extremely high current transfer ratio between the input and output. This component is designed with separate pins for the photodiode and output stage, which result in TTL compatible saturation voltages and high speed operation. If needed, the VCC and VO terminals can be tied together to achieve conventional photodarlington operation. It is supplied with a base access terminal, which allows a gain bandwidth adjustment to be made.
