The PS2702-1-F3-A is an optically coupled isolator that contains a GaAs light-emitting diode and an NPN silicon darlington-connected phototransistor. It is designed to be mounted in a Small Out-line Package (SOP) for high-density applications and has a shield effect to cut off ambient light.
