Description
The AH211Z4-AG1 is an integrated Hall sensor designed for electronic commutation of brush-less DC motor applications. It includes an on-chip Hall sensor for magnetic sensing, an amplifier, a Schmitt trigger for noise rejection, a temperature compensation circuit, and two complementary open-collector drivers for large load current sinking. Additionally, it has an internal band-gap regulator that provides bias voltage for internal circuits. The AH211Z4-AG1 operates at a supply voltage range of 3.5V to 16V and has an operating temperature range of -20°C to 85°C. It comes in a low profile TO-94 (SIP-4L) package with an ESD rating of 600V (Machine Model).
