Description
The SST29EE010-120-4C-EH is a 128K x 8 CMOS page mode EEPROM with superior reliability and low power consumption. It is manufactured using SST's proprietary high performance CMOS SuperFlash technology, which ensures better reliability and manufacturability compared to other approaches. This model is designed for single voltage read and write operations, with options for 5.0V, 3.0V, or 2.7V supply. It offers fast page-write operation, with 128 bytes per page and 1024 pages. The read access time is fast, ranging from 90 to 250 ns depending on the voltage operation. The SST29EE010-120-4C-EH also features automatic write timing, hardware and software data protection, and JEDEC standard byte-wide EEPROM pinouts. It is available in 32-pin TSOP, 32-lead PLCC, and 32-pin plastic DIP packages.
