Description
The SMM766F is a highly accurate power supply voltage/current supervisor and monitor designed for use in electronic devices. It includes an internal voltage reference to accurately monitor and margin the supply within ±1%. The SMM766F is capable of margining supplies with trim inputs using either positive or negative trim pin control. It has a wide margin range of 0.3V to VDD with the internal reference and can read the differential voltage of the supply and voltage drop of the current sense resistor over the I2C bus using an on-chip 10-bit ADC. The margin levels are set using the I2C serial bus or via input pins. It also features two programmable general-purpose sensor inputs, glitch filters, and programmable internal COMP1/2 VREF. The SMM766F operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply and is available in a 28-lead 5x5 QFN package.
