Description

The SP0202NC3-MB-3 is a single 2-Input NOR Gate from Fairchild’s Ultra Low Power (ULP) series of TinyLogic®. It is designed for applications where battery life is critical, with an ultra-low power consumption range of 0.9V to 3.6V VCC.
