The RS5C62 is a CMOS LSIs that functions as a real-time clock for microcomputers. It provides time, calendar, and alarm functions, and is directly connected to the data buses of CPUs such as 8086 and 68000. The RS5C62 is available in three different types of packages: the DIP type, the SOP type, and the SSOP type.
