Description
The VO3150A is an electronic component model that belongs to the category of isolators - gate drivers. It is an optocoupler that consists of a LED optically coupled to an integrated circuit with a power output stage. The optocoupler is designed specifically for driving power IGBTs and MOSFETs used in motor control inverter applications.
