The PM25LV512A-100QCE is a 512 Kbit/1 Mbit 3.0 Volt-only serial Flash memory. It operates on a single low voltage ranging from 2.7V to 3.6V for read, erase, and program operations. The device can also be programmed in standard EPROM programmers. With optimized low-power and low-voltage operation, this Flash memory is suitable for various commercial applications. It features a 3-wire interface consisting of Serial Data Input (Sl), Serial Data Output (SO), and Serial Clock (SCK), and all write cycles are self-timed.
