Description
The MB39C302APVK-G-EFE1 is a current mode type 1-channel DC/DC converter IC with a built-in switching FET, synchronous rectification, and down conversion support. It integrates a switching FET, oscillator, error amplifier, PWM control circuit, reference voltage source, and POWERGOOD circuit. This IC is suitable for applications such as mobile phones, PDAs, DVDs, and HDDs, as it enables a compact and high load response DC/DC converter with the use of external parts.
