Description
R3132Q24EA-TR-FE is a CMOS-based low voltage detector IC with built-in delay circuit, high detector threshold accuracy, and ultra-low supply current. It is designed to be operated at low voltage and can be used as a system reset generator. The IC consists of a voltage reference, a comparator, resistors for setting voltage detector threshold, an output driver transistor, and an output delay generator. The detector threshold is fixed internally with high accuracy and does not require adjustment. When the supply voltage crosses the setting detector threshold voltage from a high value to a lower value, this IC generates a reset signal. The R3132Q24EA-TR-FE outputs an "H" at detection mode. It also embeds an output delay generator that keeps the reset condition when the supply voltage crosses the setting detector threshold voltage from a low value to a higher value during a setting delay time. The output delay time can be selected, with a typical value of 240ms. The IC is available in two output types: Nch open drain type and CMOS type, and comes in a SOT23-3 (Mini-mold) package, allowing for high-density mounting on board.
