Description
The SII3114CTU is an IC Chip developed by Silicon Image, Inc. It is a PanelLink Digital technology-based receiver designed for VGA to High Refresh XGA displays, making it ideal for LCD desktop monitor applications. With a single or dual-pixel out interface and selectable output drive, it supports up to true color panels and boasts an inter-pair skew tolerance of up to one full input clock cycle. It is pin-for-pin compatible with the SiI 141, but incorporates several improvements like an improved jitter tolerant PLL design, new HSYNC filter, and power down when the clock is inactive. All PanelLink products are scalable and designed to support future performance requirements while maintaining the same logical interface.
