The ADSP-BF531SBST400 is a member of the Blackfin family of products, which are digital signal processors/controllers (DSPs/DSCs) that incorporate the Analog Devices/Intel Micro Signal Architecture (MSA). These processors combine a dual-MAC signal processing engine, a clean and orthogonal RISC-like microprocessor instruction set, and SIMD multimedia capabilities into a single instruction set architecture.
