Description
The ADSP-BF518BSWZ-4 is a member of the Blackfin® family of products, which is a part of Digital Signal Processors / Controllers. It combines a dual-MAC state-of-the-art signal processing engine, the benefits of a clean, orthogonal RISC-like microprocessor instruction set, and single-instruction, multiple-data multimedia capabilities into a single instruction-set architecture. It has a wide range of operating voltages, and it is qualified for automotive applications. The processor comes in a 168-ball CSP_BGA or 176-lead LQFP_EP (with exposed pad) package.

- 3-phase 16-bit center-based PWM unit
- 32-bit general-purpose counter
- Real-time clock (RTC) and watchdog timer
