The AX6603-250BTA is a 300mA, low quiescent, high PSRR, low noise and low dropout linear regulator designed for electronic components. It includes a pass element, error amplifier, band-gap, current-limit, and thermal shutdown circuitry. With its low dropout voltage and minimal quiescent current, it is ideal for critical current applications and battery-powered devices. The typical quiescent current is approximately 90µA, and in shutdown mode, the maximum supply current is less than 1uA. It offers extensively fixed output voltage options ranging from 1.0V to 5V per 0.1V steps. Additionally, it features built-in current-limit, short circuit protection, and thermal shutdown functions to prevent any fault conditions that may damage the IC.
