Description
NEC's UPA811T is a two NPN high frequency silicon epitaxial transistor that comes in an ultra small 6 pin SMT package. It consists of two independently mounted transistors that can be easily configured for either dual transistor or cascode operation. With its high fT, low voltage bias, and small size, this device is perfect for pager and other hand-held wireless applications.
