Electronic Component Model: FQPF7N80 is an N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor. It is produced using Fairchild's proprietary planar stripe, DMOS technology. This advanced technology minimizes on-state resistance, provides superior switching performance, and can withstand high energy pulses in avalanche and commutation mode. This model is particularly suitable for use in high-efficiency switch mode power supplies.
