Description
The APU1207M-18 is an ultra low dropout 1A regulator that uses a PNP transistor as the pass element. It is ideal for applications where only a single input supply is available and the dropout voltage needs to be less than 1V. The APU1207M-18 is commonly used when an input voltage of 3.3V is provided and a 2.5V output is required. It has a low dropout voltage of less than 0.5V and includes features such as micro-power shutdown capability and output undervoltage lockout (UVLO) detection.
