This is FQA34N20, an N-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor belonging to the MOSFET family. It is designed and manufactured by Fairchild using the planar stripe DMOS technology, which helps in reducing on-state resistance, and provides a better switching performance even in high energy pulse, like in avalanche and commutation mode, and is well suited for high efficiency switching DC/DC converters, switch mode power supply, and motor control applications.
