Description

MBI5039G is an enhanced 16-channel constant current LED sink driver with advanced error detection functions and a smart power-saving mode. It provides "compulsory silent error detection" that allows for LED error status reporting without impacting the image. The settable threshold voltages for short-circuit detection and leakage diagnosis can comply with the variation of different LED forward voltages. Additionally, it is built with a thermal error flag to prevent IC from overheating (up to 160°C).
